Bridge Healthcare Recruitment was founded by Rebecca Kelly, who brings nearly 10 years’ experience specialising in healthcare recruitment, supporting care providers and healthcare professionals across the UK.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has built strong relationships with nursing homes, healthcare organisations, nurses and senior healthcare professionals, developing a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both employers and candidates.

Rebecca’s passion has always been building genuine partnerships. She believes the best recruitment outcomes come from taking the time to listen, communicate openly and truly understand what both clients and candidates are looking for.

After nearly a decade working within the healthcare recruitment sector, Rebecca launched Bridge Healthcare Recruitment with a clear vision: to provide a more personal, specialist and relationship-led approach to healthcare recruitment.

Outside of recruitment, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her family and her golden retriever, Barney. She has a passion for health and fitness, enjoying strength training, running and long walks with her family.

Although she loves keeping active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Rebecca is also a real foodie at heart and enjoys trying new food and having takeaways at home with her partner.
